This is a broad, high-impact position with accountability across the investment lifecycle, including:

• Designing and evolving portfolio construction frameworks.
• Leading manager research, selection and onboarding processes.
• Overseeing implementation and contributing to ongoing portfolio management decisions.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external managers, applying a rigorous yet pragmatic approach to investment decision-making.

Ideal candidates will bring 7-10+ years’ experience across public markets, with a background in equities and multi‑asset investing. You’ll have a strong understanding of equity return drivers, factor‑based investing, cross‑asset interactions and diversified portfolio construction. Just as importantly, you’ll be known for your sound judgement, intellectual curiosity and ability to operate independently.
