Our client is a leading Australian infrastructure platform focused on delivering high-quality Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and renewable energy projects across the globe. With a strong track record in transport, social infrastructure, and clean energy, they develop, finance, and manage long-term assets in collaboration with government and private sector partners. Their work spans the full project lifecycle - from origination and structuring to construction and ongoing asset management - underpinned by a commitment to sustainability, innovation, and strong ESG performance.

Due to organic growth our client is wishing to appoint an experienced Project Finance Manager to join their team focusing on Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and renewable energy projects. In this role, you will lead the financial structuring, modelling, and execution of large-scale infrastructure transactions across sectors such as transport, social infrastructure, and clean energy (including wind, solar, and storage).

You will work closely with internal development teams, government stakeholders, investors, and lenders to secure project financing, manage commercial negotiations, and support bid submissions. A strong background in project finance, infrastructure investment, or banking is essential, along with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. This is a key role for someone passionate about delivering impactful, sustainable infrastructure solutions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
