We are working specifically with their Real Estate team, one of their best performing across the floor. The team works across a broad range of subsectors, both on the private capital side and public markets. They work closely with the private equity and credit community, family offices, superfunds, global sovereign wealth funds and high profile ASX brand names. They have developed a reputation for innovative thinking, with the flexibility to operate without the red tape sometimes associated with other large investment banks. This is a refreshing change, both for clients and the bankers themselves.
We are keen to speak with experienced investment bankers or M&A advisers, ideally with experience in real estate or adjacent sectors, or an interest in real estate longer term. You must have high quality transaction experience and/or financing from high performance environments.
