James joined East Partnership in 2026, bringing more than eight years of international executive search experience across Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. He began his career in 2018 and has since built a strong track record partnering with financial institutions and investment platforms on both mid and senior appointments. Following his relocation to Australia, James specialised in front-office investment banking and private capital mandates.

At East Partnership, James focuses on mandates across core and core-plus infrastructure and renewables investing / asset management, project, acquisition and structured finance, as well as corporate development & strategy.
