Our client has been notable in 2 key areas – exposure to high quality cross border M&A and financing transactions; and being able to attract and retain staff from leading banks & independents who are looking for good quality work but in a friendly, sustainable environment.

They are looking for 2 Senior Analyst/Junior Associate candidates to grow their M&A coverage teams. These roles will be reporting to well-known and well-liked senior bankers who are busy on a range of interesting transactions. Their culture is one of ongoing support, common goals and people genuinely enjoying their work over the longer term.

Both roles offer exposure to large multi-billion-dollar M&A deals with complex capital structures whilst also giving staff access to smaller sponsor-driven events across the market. These roles will also interact closely with teams across the globe and will welcome offshore clients to Australia as part of their dynamic global coverage group.

We are looking for candidates from a competitor investment bank or a strong independent advisory firm who are keen to improve their quality of life within the industry. The base and bonus package on offer reflects the profile of the team and its importance to the regional business.
