Analyst/Associate - M&A Advisory

Our client is a global M&A advisory platform who have been successfully operating in the Australian market for several years. Due to a busy pipeline of transactions across the information and technology sectors, and the desire to grow the business locally, the team is looking to hire a Senior Analyst/Associate to support current and future mandates.

Responsibilities in this role will cover the full life cycle of the deal; from helping to prepare pitch and marketing materials for clients, to financial analysis, modelling, valuation, industry research and due diligence. You will be mentored and coached by a highly experienced MD and will have hands-on exposure to client relationships and live transaction execution from day one.

The successful candidate will be a talented, self-motivated individual with c.2-4 years’ experience in investment banking, Big 4 or a related advisory firm. We feel this role would particularly suit a candidate coming from a Big 4 transaction services team, who is looking to break into a lead advisory role with end-to-end deal exposure. A CA qualification will be highly regarded.
