A leading independent corporate advisory platform is seeking an Analyst to join its high-performing M&A team. With a growing pipeline of mandates, the firm continues to strengthen its position across private and public markets. This hire reflects ongoing demand and sustained activity across sell-side, buy-side, and capital advisory transactions.

Working closely with senior dealmakers, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full deal lifecycle. The team is known for its collaborative culture and strong track record advising founders, corporates, and institutional investors.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction services, ideally gained at an independent advisory firm or within a Big 4 corporate finance team. A strong technical foundation, sound commercial judgement, and genuine interest in deal execution will be key to success in this role.
