Our client is a well-established leading independent corporate advisory house with strong global reach. They are looking to appoint a new mid level VP to Director in order to manage their continued organic expansion and ever-growing deal pipeline. Core to our search is finding a candidate who they can mould into a high performing MD as part of a long-term succession planning strategy.

In this role you will join a well-structured team focused on delivering full-cycle M&A advice on transactions for private and listed clients. You will lead key elements of deal execution whilst managing a junior team and not being afraid to get your hands dirty on models when required. Key to this role will be working closely with the MD bench on client strategy and progressing your origination/client management skillset over time.
The ideal candidate will have between 7-12 years of experience in M&A across a variety of sectors, a strong technical base and proven client engagement/management skills. Those with bulge bracket or global experience will be preferred, although candidates with well-tenured boutique advisory or Big 4 M&A experience are encouraged to apply.
