A leading Australian advisory platform is looking to add an Associate to its Industrials team as part of continued growth in deal activity. The team advises on mid-market and large-cap M&A, capital raisings and strategic advisory assignments for high-quality corporate and sponsor clients. This hire is intended to support increasing execution demands and to develop future senior talent within the franchise.

The opportunity offers broad exposure across the full transaction lifecycle, from origination support through to execution and completion. Associates operate in a highly collaborative environment with early responsibility, regular client interaction and direct access to senior decision-makers. The Industrials platform covers a diverse range of subsectors, providing strong technical development and sector breadth.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years’ experience in investment banking, M&A or corporate advisory, gained at a global bank, leading boutique or top-tier professional services firm. A strong technical foundation in financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution is essential, alongside the ability to operate confidently in a client-facing environment and manage junior team members effectively.
