An established independent corporate advisory platform is seeking a Vice President / Director to join its Infrastructure & Renewables team in Sydney. The platform has built a strong reputation advising on complex public and private market transactions, with particular depth across renewables, energy transition and essential infrastructure. Continued deal flow and sector growth has driven the need for an experienced hire to support both execution and client coverage.

This role offers a senior position within an execution-focused team, with responsibility across the full deal lifecycle including origination, structuring and delivery of mandates. You will work closely with senior leadership on strategic advisory assignments, taking a lead role in managing transactions, overseeing junior team members and maintaining direct relationships with institutional clients, sponsors and corporates active in the sector.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10+ years of M&A experience from a global investment bank, leading independent advisory platform or Big 4 corporate finance team. Strong technical capability across financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution is essential, alongside proven experience leading workstreams and managing stakeholders. Prior exposure to infrastructure, energy or renewables transactions is preferred.
