An opportunity has arisen within a highly regarded independent corporate advisory platform, recognised for its strength across M&A, debt advisory and broader strategic transactions. With a well-established reputation and sustained client demand, the team is continuing to invest in junior talent to support a growing pipeline of mandates across the Australian market.

The role will involve working closely with senior bankers on the execution of a variety of mandates. You will gain early responsibility in financial analysis, modelling and client materials, with direct exposure to decision-makers and the opportunity to develop a well-rounded, execution-focused skillset.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years’ experience within investment banking, debt advisory or corporate finance. You will demonstrate strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, with exposure to M&A or Debt Advisory mandates viewed favourably. A background in high-performing teams, combined with a clear interest in advisory and transaction execution is essential.
