Analyst or Associate – Corporate Advisory

Our client is a leading independent corporate advisory firm operating under an Australian Financial Services Licence. The firm provides capital markets advisory, debt and equity capital raising, refinancing, and strategic transaction services, including M&A advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

‍You will support the execution of debt and equity capital raisings and provide strategic advisory support to corporate clients. Responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining financial models.
• Conducting valuation, credit, and commercial analysis.
• Preparing client materials including pitch decks, information memoranda, management presentations, and submissions.
• Supporting transaction execution across the full deal lifecycle, from origination through to completion.
• Assisting with due diligence processes, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Working closely with senior team members and clients across a range of transactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Up to 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Backgrounds in investment banking, structured finance, corporate finance, or related advisory roles will be highly regarded, though candidates from adjacent backgrounds will be considered.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with sound analytical capability. 
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, transaction‑focused environment.
•  Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Motivated by learning, professional growth, and contributing to high‑quality client outcomes.
