Our client is a leading investment banking platform who are adding capability to their Real Estate coverage team in Sydney. This hire sits within a well-regarded broader M&A franchise and is driven by sustained deal activity and a growing pipeline of real estate-led mandates. The team is open to candidates with approximately 4-7 years of experience, spanning Associate 1 through to VP level, and is focused on execution capability, commercial judgement, and long-term potential.

The role offers broad exposure across public and private M&A, capital structuring and strategic advisory assignments. This role will work closely with senior leadership and clients, providing early responsibility and meaningful involvement across the full transaction lifecycle through to completion.

Candidates may come from a Real Estate investing team (REIT or PE), or an M&A advisory background, including sector teams outside of Real Estate as long as they have an interest in the sector. Strong transaction experience and technical skills will also be favoured.
