A growing independent corporate advisory platform is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join its M&A team. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, independent advice across buy-side and sell-side mandates, recapitalisations, and strategic reviews. Continued growth and an active deal pipeline have created an opportunity for a high-calibre junior to join the team in a key execution role.

You will work closely with a senior team on live mandates, undertaking financial analysis, valuation, transaction materials, and client presentations. The platform operates with a lean structure, ensuring Analysts and Associates gain meaningful exposure to clients, management teams, and investors from day one.

Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years’ experience in investment banking, independent corporate advisory, or Big 4 corporate finance. Strong technical ability, financial modelling proficiency, and commercial acumen are essential, along with a genuine interest in M&A execution and client engagement.
