Analyst – Corporate Advisory

Our client is a leading independent corporate advisory firm. The firm provides capital markets advisory, debt and equity capital raising, refinancing, and strategic transaction services, including M&A advisory. The business works across abroad range of sectors and is known for advising on complex, bespoke transactions where rigorous analysis, critical thinking, and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches can materially improve client outcomes.

You will support the execution of capital raisings (both debt and equity) and broader strategic advisory mandates, working closely with senior team members across live transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining financial models.
• Conducting valuation, credit, and commercial analysis.
• Assisting with structuring considerations and transaction analysis.
• Preparing client materials including pitch decks, information memoranda, and management presentations.
• Supporting transaction execution across the full deal lifecycle.
• Assisting with due diligence processes, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Working closely with senior team members and clients acrossa range of transactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Backgrounds in investment banking, corporate finance, structured finance, or advisory highly regarded.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
• High attention to detail and ability to work across multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Motivated by learning, professional growth, and exposure to complex transactions.
