Our client, a top-ranked global investment bank with deep capabilities across advisory, capital markets and financing, is looking to appoint an experienced Associate to join its capital advisory business in Sydney. This is a key role within the team, supporting senior bankers in delivering bespoke, independent financing advice and execution support to a sophisticated client base, with a strong focus on the infrastructure sector.

The role offers hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of debt advisory and execution, including capital structure analysis, acquisition and project financing, refinancings and bespoke structured solutions. Associates work closely with senior bankers and internal product teams, taking meaningful responsibility for financial modelling, credit analysis, preparation of client materials and interaction with lenders and investors across both public and private debt markets.

The team is seeking a technically strong Associate with approximately 3-7 years’ experience from investment banking, project finance or specialist debt advisory. Candidates will have well-developed financial modelling skills, a strong understanding of credit and financing structures, and demonstrated execution experience. Prior exposure to infrastructure, energy or real assets financing is highly regarded.
