An independent corporate advisory platform is seeking an Analyst to join its expanding team. The group advises private equity sponsors, corporates, and private businesses across refinancing, acquisition funding, and strategic M&A mandates. Continued growth in deal volume has created an opportunity for a technically capable junior to contribute across both advisory verticals.

Working in a lean, hands-on environment, you’ll support the execution of mandates across debt advisory and M&A. Analysts gain meaningful client exposure and senior interaction early, working directly with experienced dealmakers and maintaining visibility across all aspects of transaction delivery.

Candidates will likely have 1–3years’ experience in corporate finance, leveraged finance, or transaction services, ideally within a leading bank, boutique, or Big 4 corporate finance team. Strong analytical ability, financial modelling skills, and an interest in both credit and M&A dynamics are essential.
