Associate Director – Infrastructure & Energy – Private Capital

The Associate Director will support the origination, evaluation, execution and active management of core and core-plus infrastructure investments across Australia and New Zealand. Working as part of a global investment platform, the role will be responsible for financial modelling, commercial and operational due diligence, transaction execution, portfolio monitoring and the preparation of investment committee materials across sectors including energy, utilities, transport, digital infrastructure and social infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience within infrastructure investing, private equity, investment banking, corporate finance or a related discipline.
• Sound understanding of infrastructure markets, valuation methodologies and transaction processes.
• Ability to assess investment risks and identify value creation opportunities.
• Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively across complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing investment committee and transaction materials.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a high-performing team environment.
