We have a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing and acquisitive corporate, operating in the technology sector. They are looking to appoint a talented M&A Analyst to join their ANZ team, to play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing new acquisitions.

This is an outstanding chance to gain end-to-end exposure to the M&A process - from deal origination, financial modelling and valuation - through to due diligence, negotiation, and closing. You will work directly with experienced corporate development and investment professionals, in a highly collaborative, low-ego environment, helping to build the company’s presence in the region. You’ll be contributing to the growth of a global business with a proven, differentiated strategy and track record of successful acquisition and integration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition opportunities across Australia and New Zealand
• Conducting market and company research, financial analysis, and business case development
• Preparing valuation models and internal investment materials
• Coordinating due diligence processes and assisting with transaction execution
• Building relationships with industry experts, advisors, and other stakeholders in the technology ecosystem

The successful candidate will be a talented corporate finance professional, with c.2–3 years of experience in M&A lead advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate development. Strong technical skills, excellent communication and a desire to join a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment where can make a real impact early in your career, are all essential for success.
