Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Infrastructure Investment Associate to join their dynamic team. As an Infrastructure Investment Associate you will play a crucial role in assessing potential investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, performing due diligence, and contributing to the decision-making process that drives their investment strategy. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the infrastructure investment industry and make a meaningful impact on their investment portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and analyse potential infrastructure investment opportunities, including energy, transportation, utilities, healthcare and digital infrastructure.
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis to assess the financial feasibility and potential returns of investment projects.
- Perform due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis, and risk assessment, to identify potential opportunities and challenges associated with prospective investments.
- Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate investment recommendations and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, engineering, and finance, to gather relevant information and insights for investment decision-making.
- Monitor and track the performance of existing investments, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact the investment's performance over time.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments that could impact the infrastructure investment landscape.
- Assist in the development and implementation of investment strategies that align with the company's objectives and risk tolerance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of investment processes, tools, and methodologies.
