A global private capital investment firm is seeking to appoint an Investment Associate in its Sydney office. With a strong pipeline of transactions across Australia and New Zealand, the team is continuing to expand and is looking for an exceptional hire at the Associate level to support its growing portfolio.

This opportunity offers direct involvement across the full investment lifecycle, from origination through to execution and portfolio value creation. The successful candidate will gain exposure to board-level mandates, work closely with senior investment professionals, and contribute meaningfully to strategic decision-making.

The role is best suited to a top-performing Analyst or Associate with 3-5 years of experience from investment banking (M&A), tier 1 strategy consulting with transaction exposure, or an existing private equity team. Strong financial modelling, valuation, and deal execution skills are required, alongside commercial acumen and the ability to work in lean, high-performing teams.
