Private Equity Associate

East Partnership is working with a leading Australian private equity firm as it seeks to add an Associate to its Sydney ranks. The team invests in control positions in high-quality businesses looking to re-enforce their long-term growth potential through operational and acquisitive growth initiatives.

The role offers hands-on exposure across the full deal lifecycle, including financial modelling and valuation, transaction execution, due diligence, investment committee materials, and portfolio company support. Associates work closely with senior investors and management teams on both new investments and active portfolio management.

The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, commercial judgement, and a clear interest in private equity investing. Ideal backgrounds include top-tier investment banking, private equity, or consulting, with experience in complex financial analysis and transaction execution.
