Manager/Director – Energy Transition Financing

East Partnership is partnering with a specialist investor providing flexible capital to businesses, projects and technologies that support the energy transition and broader sustainability goals. This role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, transaction execution, and portfolio management.

Working in a collaborative and high-performing team, you will engage with a broad range of stakeholders and contribute to investment decisions that deliver both commercial returns and positive environmental impact. The organisation values intellectual curiosity, accountability and a long-term investment mindset, and is seeking individuals who can combine strong analytical capability with strategic thinking.

The successful candidate will bring experience from investment, corporate finance, private equity, infrastructure financing or advisory environments, together with strong financial modelling, commercial analysis and deal execution skills. You'll be comfortable assessing complex opportunities and presenting clear, well-founded investment recommendations.

Exposure to renewable energy, decarbonisation, clean technology, sustainable infrastructure, resource efficiency, climate solutions or other energy transition themes will be highly regarded.
