Investment Analyst or Associate – Prestigious Private Capital Investor

Our client, a well capitalised private investment firm with a strong track record and a stellar market reputation, is seeking to hire an Investment Associate to be based in their Sydney office.  

This is a growth hire with the firm expanding their team as they embark on an ambitious diversification of investment mandate.   

The role will focus on PE style investing, minority to majority equity, across a range of sectors. The hire will play a typical Analyst or Associate role on transactions, with core focus being on commercial and financial analysis of new transactions. The position will also include significant involvement with portfolio businesses, namely their business improvement and growth strategies.   

The ideal candidate will have a background in tier 1 investment banking or consulting, possessing impressive analytical skills and attention to detail, but also, importantly, the collegiate and collaborative spirit to work with a small team environment.
