Investment Manager - Energy Transition

An opportunity has arisen with a leading global infrastructure investment platform looking to appoint an Investment Manager to join their team. The role will focus on the origination, execution and management of high-quality energy transition assets and platforms through brownfield and greenfield transactions.

In this role you will focus on assessing and recommending new investment projects (including bolt-ons), as well as gaining valuable ‘hands-on’ asset management experience, for existing and newly acquired assets. The culture is supportive, collaborative and there is genuine opportunity for progression in terms of position, responsibilities and skill set. At the Manager level you will also help mentor and develop junior team members.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive transaction experience, ideally from investment banking or a similar energy/infrastructure investment platform. Given the focus of the role, prior experience in the energy/utilities/energy transition sector is essential, as are strong technical skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
