Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning & Development:

  • Develop long-term asset management strategies for infrastructure and renewables assets in the portfolio.
  • Work with executive leadership to align asset management plans with organizational goals.
  • Implement plans for optimising asset utilisation and ensuring sustainable growth.


Asset Performance & Optimisation:

  • Monitor the performance of infrastructure/renewable assets to ensure they are operating efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Analyse asset data to identify areas for improvement.


Financial Management:

  • Manage budgets for maintenance, upgrades, and capital expenditures related to infrastructure assets.
  • Perform financial analysis to prioritize investments in infrastructure.
  • Oversee the valuation, depreciation, and financial reporting of infrastructure assets.


Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance:

  • Assess risks related to infrastructure assets, such as aging infrastructure, regulatory changes, and environmental factors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure the longevity of the infrastructure.


Project Management:

  • Oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the proper execution of maintenance and upgrade plans.


Experience Required:


Ideally minimum 12-15 years' experience in an investing/asset management role, with a focus on infrastructure/energy transition. Candidates ideally would have worked with Infra PE/Corporate firm previously.
