Investment Director - Private Credit

The opportunity has arisen for a Director level hire to join a growing investment platform with significant capital ready to deploy. In this diverse role you will engage with a wide variety of stakeholders, originating, structuring, and executing flexible private credit solutions. Typically, this means the provision of bespoke financing facilities to growth / mid-market businesses across a range of core sectors, creatively structured in an efficient and timely manner.

The ideal candidate will display natural curiosity, intellectual rigour, structured thinking, attention to detail and have a high level of energy. They will require strong relationship management skills combined with natural empathy in order to guide companies through what is often an undulating growth journey. Importantly, the team structure will be lean, so the incoming hire will still be required to be 'on the tools'.

Preferred candidates will have experience operating as a Principal, but could come from a range of backgrounds, including but not limited to:

• Private credit funds
• Corporate and investment banks
• Family offices
• Debt advisory teams
