Chief Operating Officer – Private Equity

Our client is a leading and growing private equity platform seeking to appoint a Chief Operating Officer to join its Executive Management Committee.

This is a broad and strategically important role, with responsibility across a wide range of functions including strategy, investor relations, fund operations, technology, risk & compliance, and the broader investment process. The COO will work closely with the senior leadership team to help shape and execute the firm’s growth strategy while ensuring the platform continues to operate at an institutional standard.

The role is ideally suited to an individual with experience on the investing side of private capital or wholesale funds management, combined with strong technical, operational and regulatory knowledge. Just as importantly, our client is seeking someone with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset who is excited to help build and scale a high-performing investment platform.
